More About Me

Trent Jordan is a Colorado native and real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving Parker, Elizabeth, Franktown, Castle Rock, and the surrounding Douglas and Elbert County communities. With a lifelong background in construction, agriculture, and rural Colorado, Trent brings a practical, ground-up perspective to real estate.

Trent grew up in his family’s excavation business, Jordan Excavating, and has worked in the company since graduating high school in 2018. His experience includes residential site development, excavation, grading, septic systems, utilities, road construction, survey GPS technology, and working with properties throughout Colorado’s Front Range and eastern communities. That hands-on background has given him an understanding of land and property that extends beyond what can be seen during a typical showing.

His experience makes Trent particularly well suited to acreage, land, rural homes, and properties with unique site considerations, while his real estate practice remains focused on helping buyers and sellers across the broader residential market. Whether a client is searching for a home in Parker, buying acreage in Elbert County, evaluating land, or preparing a property for sale, Trent believes the best decisions start with understanding the complete picture—the property, the land, the location, and the client’s long-term goals.

Trent approaches real estate the same way he has approached years of work in the construction industry: with straightforward communication, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to do the research necessary to get the job done right. His goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to become a trusted long-term resource for his clients before, during, and after a sale.

Outside of real estate, Trent remains actively involved with Jordan Excavating and enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, aviation, and time with his family.
